😳 It can be so hard for people pleasers and care takers to stand up for themselves, and often times they stuff down their emotions to make sure everyone else is happy.

🤔 Feeling your emotions is an important part of processing, so we must be mindful of not letting them get pushed aside in the name of taking care of others.

🙏 Show yourself some compassion and self-care – let your feelings out and remember that it’s OK to put yourself first sometimes.

Cause if we do not address these negative emotions we could be faced with
