We typically stay about 2 hours after your baby arrives. During that time, we’ll:
💚 Check on you and your baby.
💚 Help you establish breastfeeding.
💚 Tidy up, throw in a load of laundry, and even take out the trash—so it feels like we were never there!

This is also a great time to help make sure you're able to use the bathroom, take a shower if you'd like to and help dad feel confident in his role too! 🥰

🏡 💕 We’ll visit you back at home 24–48 hours postpartum and again 5-7 days postpartum. We then provide follow-up care in our office at 2-3 weeks, 4 weeks (newborn weight check included) and 6 weeks postpartum.

I had to do some digging to get these stats. I’m typically more organized at the end of the year than this year but adding an additional cutie pie to my clan will do that to ya.

I also attended 7 births for and 1 birth for for a grand total of 28 births.

I am so incredibly blessed and honored to be continuously invited into the birth space. I never take it for granted. 💙🩷
