We have added another beautiful boy to our familyšŸ’™

Theo Charles Green
9lbs 12oz
9/5/25 at 5:21am born beautifully at home.

I was surrounded by so much love from Josh, LynnLee, and my birth team. Between their encouragement when I felt like he wasn’t descending to LynnLee’s smile in-between pushes. 🩷 What a way to close out my own pregnancy and birth journey.

I am so thankful for all of the support already shown to myself and family.

For now I will just be in bed cuddling my babies, thankful for a beautifully smooth homebirth.

I’m so honored to walk alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum šŸ’› Each month I only take on a few clients so I can give my full heart and energy to the families I serve.
🌿 Birth doula support means having someone by your side for encouragement, advocacy, and comfort every step of the way.
🌿 Placenta encapsulation is another way I support your healing in those early postpartum days.
I still have a few openings coming up—check the dates above and reach out if you feel like this support is right for you. I’d love to connect and chat about how I can support your journey ✨

I became a doula after experiencing firsthand how different birth can feel depending on the support you have.

My first birth, as a young single mother without the baby’s father present and with little knowledge, left me feeling alone and overwhelmed. In contrast, my second and third births—both supported by my husband and deeply informed, with my third at home—were empowering and transformative.
As an Indigenous woman, I’m also driven by the rising maternal mortality rates in our communities. Becoming a doula is my way of giving back, supporting families with knowledge, and compassion. I took the VBAC course to better serve my clients and women as a whole.
I’ve taken other additional classes such as Spinning Babies, Body Ready Method, and lactation education through the Healthy Babies Project.

🤱 Breastfeeding is natural, but that doesn’t mean it always comes naturally. Seems like it was just yesterday nursing my 3rd and now I’m getting ready to nurse my 4th here in a couple months.

Prenatal breastfeeding education can help you feel prepared before baby arrives — learning what’s normal, what’s hard, and where to turn for support.

Because the truth is: breastfeeding can be beautiful and bonding… and it can be exhausting, emotional, and take practice. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I have already reached out to the IBClC I plan on using for this upcoming baby but I’m already expecting some challenges along the way even with it being my 4th 🩷

Please don’t wait until you’re in the thick of postpartum to find support. Have that waiting for you when you give birth!!

This is what strength looks like.
Through the beeping monitors, the IV lines, and the weight of a diagnosis like pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome—she labored with courage and grace.

As her doula, I was honored to hold space, advocate, and walk alongside her every step of the way.
Birth isn’t always what we envision, but every version of it deserves support, love, and dignity.

✨You can do hard things. And you don’t have to do them alone.

Nothing prepares you for the moment your baby is unexpectedly taken to the NICU. The silence. The worry. The ache in your chest as their tiny hand gets wheeled away.

As doulas, we hold space for these tender, unexpected moments—reminding you to breathe, helping you process what’s happening, and making sure your voice is heard. You’re not alone in this. For this particular family I stayed with mom while dad went up to the nicu to be with baby boy. With mom we started pumping right away, and got her up and cleaned up. She was never alone. Nurses do the best they can, but they cannot stay with moms the entire time - which is where a doula comes in!

Even in the hardest moments, you still deserve gentle care, grounded support, and someone who will walk with you every step of the way. šŸ¤

Watching her mom meet her grandbaby for the very first time—pure magic. The joy, the tears, the love... there’s nothing like it.

✨The power of birth. The joy. The release. The moment you meet your baby.✨
This is what it’s all about.

As a doula, I don’t just witness birth—I walk alongside you as you dig deep, rise up, and meet yourself in a whole new way.

Whether you’re birthing in a hospital, at home, in water, or on land—your experience matters. Your power is unmatched.

This is more than support. This is transformation. šŸ’ŖšŸ½šŸ’›

This is birth.
Calm. Supported. Intuitive.

You don’t have to be confined to a bed, under bright lights, or disconnected from your body.
Yes—you can labor in the water. Yes—you can have continuous monitoring if needed (even in the water).
You get to choose.

Birth doesn’t have to look one way to be valid or safe.
✨Trust your body. Trust your instincts. You are powerful.✨

Hey friends! It’s been a minute since I popped on here to say hello and share a little life update—so let’s catch up! šŸ’«

We’re gearing up to welcome our fourth and final little love late this summer, and our hearts (and hands) are so full. It’s a bittersweet, beautiful season and I’m soaking it all in.

Since September, I’ve taken the leap into full-time doula life—working with my own amazing clients and the incredible clients/team at . Over the past year, I’ve had the honor of supporting so many families—witnessing so many births. I think my total number is around 70-80 beautiful little miracles, I would have to sit and count. Honestly, it blows my mind every time. Being invited into those sacred, life-changing moments is something I’ll never take for granted. šŸ•Šļø

I’ve also been in full-on learning mode! šŸ“š I became a VBAC Certified Doula through , completed the 7-month deep dive that is Body Ready Method (my brain = expanded šŸ’„), and I’ll be taking the Spinning Babies workshop right here in KC very soon. I also have become an Evidence Based Birth Instructor and will start teaching those classes soon. And—deep breath—I’ve also started my path toward becoming a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). That one’s a slow-burn, but it’s where my heart is leading me. šŸ’«

As I prepare for my own birth and sacred postpartum time, I’m feeling all the feels: gratitude, excitement, a little bit of nerves—and mostly, deep love for this work and the families I serve. I’ll be attending births up until my maternity leave, then back to witnessing miracles and holding space again in November. 🩷

Thanks for being here with me. I’m so glad we’re connected.✨
