Nic's Lemonade

Nic's Lemonade In the summer of 2020, Nic started a lemonade stand hoping to make money for his first car & also donate to different charities.

He's been able to donate over $5000, in total, to different charitable organizations and causes to date. 😊 **Full Disclosure**
Dominic came up with, and really pushed for, the lemonade stand on his own. He does make all the lemonade 100% on his own - totally from scratch, boils the water and sugar, juices the lemons (and other fruits if using them) and mixes them all to perfection. The cookies and

apples, he helps with. ;) He loves to be out in the community and meeting people - he has so much fun, and raising money for charities is something he's really enjoying doing!

Hello! I don't know if he has anyone that still follows the page, but I do know I have an awful lot of lemonade packaging supplies I'm anxious to get out of my house! 😁

Since we have a lot of these patriotic cookie boxes left, we'd love to get rid of them for this 4th of July.

Each box holds 2 dz chocolate chip cookies, and we will sell them for $20 each.

I can hear the responses through my screen of "$20 for two dozen chocolate chip cookies?!" Yes. The cost of ingredients has skyrocketed since he started all of this years ago. For comparison, we could get a bag of chocolate chip cookies for $2 max, and they are now nearly $4. It's ridiculous.

But as you know, he always donates to a charity, and this time around will be the Gary Sinise Foundation - seems appropriate to honor our vets who are among the group who made the holiday possible. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸŽ†

Pick up is either the evening of July 3rd or the morning of July 4th.

If you want to do monster cookies, I have a different box that will accommodate one dozen of them, which will also be $20. (As most of you know, the monster cookies are quite a bit bigger.) It will not be the patriotic box, but instead a square marble box with a window that many of you are familiar with; I just don't have a picture of it.

Anyway, sorry for going on for so long. These are pre-order with a non-refundable $10 deposit required as I have no desire to make a thousand cookies and then be stuck with them - no matter how good they are. πŸ˜‰ Orders will need to be placed, and deposit paid, by July 1st. Quantities are limited, because I am not ordering anymore boxes... ever. πŸ˜†

You can venmo deposits to Nic -Santulli. Last 4 of his phone number are 1468. I will not count your order until the deposit is received. I hate to have to do it this way, but a couple of no shows for big orders in the past necessitate it. ☹️

This is Nic's third year participating in the Worth Harley- Davidson Fall Fest over here off Tiffany Springs. We switched up the inventory and brought cake pops, mini-bundt cakes and breads in addition to our Monster and Chocolate Chip Cookies. Come say hi! πŸ˜„

And if you're in the market for fall mums, the Smithville FFA annual mum sale is happening now out at Farm's Wife Table off Highway 92 - 6408 Five Corners Road in Smithville. I think they need to sell about a million. πŸ˜ƒ

Did you know it's Teacher Appreciation Week? :D

And if you've been too busy to think about it, Mother's Day is the 12th!

We can help ya out with dipped Oreos, caramel dipped apples, cookies and/or dipped pretzels (These prices are only for the dipped pretzels - $1.50 single, $9 for half dozen, $15 dozen for icing drizzled, or $2 single, $12 half dozen, or $20 for dipped pretzels with sugar decorations. Yes, you can get a mix and I'll tell you an exact price before making them.)

The pictures attached are some examples with pricing for Dipped Caramel Apples and Dipped Oreos as it stands right now.

Our cookies are usually appreciated as well. ;) Chocolate Chip ($8 dozen) Monster ($10 1/2 dozen, $18 dozen) Butterscotch and Chocolate Chip ($8 dozen) are what we can make right now.

And don't forget the graduates! We have some pretty cute dipped pretzels and dipped Oreos for graduation, as well!

Hello friends!

Dominic has been working hard at a lot of things, and while he won't be able to set up the lemonade stand at Sunny's (formerly K*m n Go) alongside Mr. Wayne (we sure will miss him!), he has an opportunity for next summer he needs to make some money for. (And he DOES have a "real" job he is very excited for - you can catch him now and again down at Chop's BBQ. If you haven't eaten there, you. are. missing. out. ;) )

He's been accepted to a week long program at Georgetown University in their Leadership Initiatives Summer Intern program. He will attend in 2025 as their 2024 spots were filled. He earned a partial scholarship to attend, and he needs to raise the rest. (Of course, we'll cover him, but right now he's motivated to make as much as he can to try and cover it himself. My gosh I love this kid. πŸ˜†)

He also still needs to buy a car! :D

At first I thought, alright, we've had quite a few orders over the year that I delivered, so I figured we could keep going that route. BUT, then it occurred to me...he can drive now - HE can make deliveries! :D

So, if you get a craving for anything on his menu, he can deliver it to you! Delivery fees will probably vary as gas fluctuates - probably whatever the cost of a gallon is for a 10 mile radius, and $2 for five further miles. I'd say he can deliver within a 15 mile or so radius.

We can still do anything on the menu, and the prices are roughly the same - we will not compromise on the quality of the ingredients so any price increases are directly in line with the increases of what he has to spend. And I'm sure you know, inflation is ridiculous.

But along with saving for a car and his summer intern program, he will still be donating to a charity. I'm pretty sure he'll choose something to do with kids as he really has a heart for kids in need, but we'll update it to keep you in the loop.

So if you need anything, just message us. And if you have an event or anything that you need some delicious treats for, don't hesitate to ask him to come and set up for you. You and your guests won't be disappointed. :D

**I did have a friend ask me to let them know if we started a gofundme for his program next summer, but as long as he's able to work, I'd rather him try to earn the money. πŸ˜‰
