Seasonal depression?? Need to get “mentally” prepared for Black Friday?? Or maybe even MENTALLY PREPARED for upcoming holidays and multiple family get togethers??

5-HTP SYNERGY includes a molecule that is a precursor to our natural hormones serotonin and melatonin in the brain. Serotonin is for improving the function of the brain and even mood stabilization! Without 5-HTP you have decreased production and conversion of the serotonin found naturally in the body. And YES….it improves the brains reaction to stress responses! October is breast cancer awareness month and I was trying to think of the best supplement for the month….whole food fiber came to mind along with a whole food diet to promote our antioxidants and immune system to give it the strength to fight or recognize abnormal cells.

Whole food fiber vs psyllium husk fiber

-whole food fiber offers a variety of nutrients along with insoluble and soluble fibers to treat and feed a multitude of microbiomes for gut health. Psyllium husk fiber does provide soluble fiber for relief of chronic constipation.
