Today as a country we pause to honor and remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. We have served 2 families, SGT Shannon Taylor and PFC Billy Anderson that perished on foreign soil. I remember being at the airport with their loved ones when these men arrived back home from paying the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. We honor their selfless sacrifice and willingness to stand for the greatest nation in the world. We also remember their families and so many more that supported them in their service to defend our country. May God bless every veteran, every service member and the families of those that laid down their lives for our freedom. Freedom is not free.
