Patsy Carolyn Robinson age 79 of McMinnville was born October 16, 1945 and went home to her heavenly reward on Thursday morning, August 21, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Willard Audley and Madge Irene Hammonds Estepp. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lawson "Red" Robinson on June 15, 2019. Patsy graduated Gate City High School where she was a basketball player. She worked as a CNA for many years and was awarded CNA of the Year at one point. Patsy Robinson loved her family, friends and most of all her Lord. She was a faithful member of New Life UPCI in Smithville. She leaves to cherish a world of memories, three children, Jeff (Monica) Robinson, Charlene (Brent) Whittaker and Randall (Kim) Robinson all of McMinnville; grandchildren, Jonathan (Courtney) Myers of McMinnville, Stephen (Heather) Robinson of Clarksville, Dr. Matthew (McKenzie) Robinson of Arlington, TN, Brian Myers of McMinnville and Kyle (Gabby) Robinson of Smithville; great-grandchildren, Kylie, Judah, Malachi, Henry and Rowan Robinson; step-grandchildren, Shawn (Hannah) Wright, Zach Whittaker, Shelby (Micah) Panter and Megan Bouldin; step-great-grandchildren, Elsie and Sutton Wright, Payton Whittaker, Carter and Mason Panter, Bryson, McKenna, Lawson and Memphis Bouldin and Blythe Bouldin; sister, Judy (JB) Broadwater of Gate City, VA ; two nephews, Joey and Jesse Broadwater; her "other daughter" who was by her side to the end, Jennifer Bouldin; and special friends, Edith, Peggy and Linda. Her Homegoing Revival will be held 4:PM Sunday, August 24, 2025 at New Life United Pentecostal Church in Smithville with Bros. Dwayne Cornelius and Michael Hale officiating and burial will follow in Gardens of Memory at Smartt. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday 2:PM until the time of the service at 4:PM at New Life UPC. In addition to flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to New Life UPC, those can be made at the church on Sunday or by going by or calling the funeral home. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the Robinson family.
