Sometimes we don’t know the outcome of our efforts, but we are always glad when one is shared with us. This is shared with permission from the patient. This why we do what we do! “Monday morning a little before 7 AM I fell hard getting out of bed. If not for the EMS and Sheriff's team I would have bleed out and died. My Apple Watch detected the fall and set the rescue squad in motion. I cannot thank them enough for their swift response, professional medical care and evacuation. I would also like to acknowledge Vanderbilt's LieFlight for getting me to the Vanderbilt E/R so fast.”
