Another successful Sunday afternoon of puppy yoga for .place. ❤️🐶🧘‍♀️

Puppy yoga may not be a traditional yoga practice, but if you look at these photos, you will see that it embodies happiness, connection, peace, love, and a lot of puppy kisses. And we all deserve love and happiness.

Join me on Saturday, December 21st at 7:30am ET to align with the season and honor the winter solstice with a FREE online yoga practice that illuminates your inner light and lets the body restore as we move into the shortest day of the year.

This all levels practice will begin with breathwork, then move into a mindful vinyasa flow before settling into a restorative practice. Session is 90-minutes. Mat, blankets and bolster or pillow suggested for the practice.

Session will be held online via Zoom and is free to attend.
