Check out one of this month’s superstar!!

Mr. Okoli admitted to our facility on 10/31
and he discharged home on 11/15. In 2 weeks, Mr. Okoli states "I came in not being able to do anything and in 4 days, I was able to get out of bed and within 7 days I was able to transfer, get dressed and perform day to day tasks with little assistance. It only got better and better from that point. Smyrna

🧠Alzheimer's is a progressive brain disorder, not a normal part of aging.

🧠More than 6.9 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's.

🧠More than 11 million American caregivers provide over 18.4 billion hours of unpaid care.

We know it can be a tough decision for a caregiver to consider asking for help with a loved one with Alzheimer’s. Sometimes, skilled nursing and memory care support are the safest choice for both you and your loved one.
