Baby Girl E was born today 8/11/26 ON her EDD!!

It was an honor walking alongside an incredible mama who leaned fully into her body’s wisdom, breath by breath, wave by wave. For 19.5 hours, she trusted the process, embraced the challenge, and let her body lead the way delivering an 8lbs beautiful healthy babygirl 💕
I am so proud of you Mama!!

Supporting you each wave of pregnancy!

✨ Labor & Birth Support
When the big day arrives, I’m by your side offering continuous physical comfort (like massage, counterpressure, and position suggestions), emotional encouragement, and advocacy! I help you stay grounded, supported, and informed—whether it’s a hospital birth, home birth, epidural, or unmedicated.

✨ Postpartum Support
Birth doesn’t end when the baby arrives—neither does my care. I help you process your birth experience, support infant feeding (breast or bottle), assist with newborn care and emotional recovery. I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and cared for during one of the biggest transitions of your life.

**As early in your pregnancy as possible.**

Yes, I’ll be there to support you during labor—but the *real magic* happens during pregnancy. That’s when we build trust, get to know your birth preferences, prepare for the unexpected, and make sure you’re *fully informed and empowered* every step of the way.

Here’s what early doula support looks like:
✨ Evidence-based education tailored to *your* birth goals
✨ Emotional support through the ups and downs of pregnancy
✨ Help navigating birth plans, provider choices, and more
