The security team on August 3 took action against the shooting perpetrator protecting everyone working, including Premier Service Company employees, from far worse danger and possible death.

I'm planning to recognize their bravery, courage, and willingness in risking their own safety and lives to protect others.

I'm encouraging our employees to personally thank the security team who protected everyone during the August 3 workplace shooting, particularly those who were wounded.

Had these men not confronted the perpetrator, there would certainly have been more wounded and probably casualties.

We owe these men our sincerest gratitude.

Sadly, we experienced the terror of a workplace shooting this week, on August 3.

While none of our workers were physically injured, 3 others were wounded though none have died.

Some of our team witnessed the shooting of the perpetrator and were understandably shaken.

They are now back at work and doing remarkably well.

I'm not at all certain how these kinds of tragic events can be stopped, but I'm praying they do.
