Crab crawl hold is a great exercise to help strengthen the muscle between our shoulder blades. This can be great if you’re sitting at a desk for a long time and your neck is feeling stiff. Give this a try and see if you can hold this for up to 30 seconds, it may be harder than you think!

We got some new lettuce planted!! The lettuce (with roots) that just came out of the tower will be in fridge and we’ll snack off of it for 21-28 days. These little guys in the tower now, they will be ready for picking in 21 days!

Backwards sled pulls are great to help offset the amount of running/walking we do. This is great for people dealing with long term knee pain to strengthen the reciprocal muscles that we tend to neglect in the legs!
