Below you can find some helpful dental 🦷 tips to keep those pearly whites nice and healthy!

*Brush for 2 Full Minutes
Most people only brush for 30–45 seconds. Set a timer or play your favorite song!

*Change Your Toothbrush Every 3 Months
Frayed bristles = less cleaning power! Also change it after being sick 🤒.

*Don’t Forget to Floss!
Flossing cleans the 40% of tooth surfaces your toothbrush can’t reach. Daily is ideal!

*Watch the Sugary Drinks
Soda, juice, and energy drinks are acidic and feed cavity-causing bacteria. Sip smart! 🥤

*Chew Sugar-Free Gum After Meals
It boosts saliva, which helps clean and protect your teeth (great if you can't brush).

*Use a Mouthguard if You Grind or Play Sports
Protect those pearly whites from damage! 🦷💥

*Drink More Water
Especially fluoridated water—it helps rinse away food, acids, and bacteria naturally. 💧
