We will be closed from Tuesday, December 23rd-Friday, December 26th to spend time with our friends and family for the Christmas season.

We will reopen on Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th but then close again Wednesday, December 31st and Thursday, January 1st to celebrate the New Years with our family and friends.

We will return to normal business hours on Monday, January 5th.

*Brush for 2 Full Minutes
Most people only brush for 30–45 seconds. Set a timer or play your favorite song!

*Change Your Toothbrush Every 3 Months
Frayed bristles = less cleaning power! Also change it after being sick 🤒.

*Don’t Forget to Floss!
Flossing cleans the 40% of tooth surfaces your toothbrush can’t reach. Daily is ideal!

*Watch the Sugary Drinks
Soda, juice, and energy drinks are acidic and feed cavity-causing bacteria. Sip smart! 🥤

*Chew Sugar-Free Gum After Meals
It boosts saliva, which helps clean and protect your teeth (great if you can't brush).

*Use a Mouthguard if You Grind or Play Sports

*Drink More Water
