We have classes including Basics, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and more Welcome to Smyrna's premier, authentic yoga studio. At our yoga studio, we have amazing yoga teachers who teach authentic and relaxing yoga classes with no distractions and no fads. Our yoga classes are perfect for beginners or those whom are advanced in their practice. Start out with our beginners classes and advance to Vinyasa flows.

JULY IS ALMOST OVER! We have a full schedule for you to choose from this weekend! Apart from our usual 9am Basics with Karina and 10.30 Vinyasa with Noelle we also have FREE presentation classes by our current Yoga teacher 300 hr trainees from 12noon onwards, please come and support them, book in as normal.

Sunday we have Complete class at 9am MONTHLY FREE MANTRA class both with Karina at 10.30am Basics class at1pm with Lisa and our SPECIAL RESTORATIVE class at 5.30pm with Sonya
