I’ve worked with this client for a few years and in order to keep her bowels moving we used a great, natural supplement called Bowel Mover. This cake was supposed to be simple yet I made it more complicated by making my own marshmallows.🤪 I have always wanted to make my own—even the more natural options still have cane sugar and soy protein. The homemade marshmallows are just a few ingredients: gelatin, honey, maple syrup, water, and arrowroot powder. It felt good knowing I was feeding my son (and his classmates) a healthier birthday treat that still tasted great.😊 Happy almost birthday to our oldest—what a joy it is to see him grow.

What a weekend! A bit bitter sweet to say good bye to the Biomagnetism community (what a great group of people!) but excited for what lies ahead with more tools under my belt. I learned so much and cannot wait to get home to apply it. God is good for leading me down this path and opening my eyes to the world of Biomagnetism. Truly life changing!!!

This little gadget has been a lifesaver while traveling. I made up individual smoothie bags to take with me that have protein powder, green powder, and sprouted oats. I also brought sunflower butter with me.☺️ I blend that along with fruit from the hotel’s breakfast, and there you have a decent start to the day! I’m so grateful to have the opportunity this week to learn about Biomagnetism. It’s been truly amazing, and I cannot wait to bring this tool back home to my clients.❤️

I’ve been obsessed with the Laird Instant Late, which is a mushroom coffee made into a late with coconut milk powder and coconut sugar. It dawned on me that I could make my own for half the price! So, here we are, and I have to say it tastes just like it.😎

Trying out this laundry detergent for the first time. One of the cleanest brands I have heard about. I love that for each ingredient they put in parentheses what it is in layman’s terms. Have you tried this detergent and do you like it?? One step at a time, we can find cleaner, natural alternatives for toxic products that are wreaking havoc on our health, especially our hormones.

A client of mine told me about this delightful mushroom elixir! It contains apple cider vinegar, a blend of mushrooms (turkey tail, chaga, and reishi), amber maple, and organic erythritol and Stevia leaf. Tastes great, real low calorie (20 calories for the whole bottle), and I did think it helped a bit with energy and mental clarity! For you non-root beer fans, they have a Cola option.☺️ I’ve seen this carried at Kroger, Publix, and Sprouts. I like having a fun drink now and then. Enjoy!
