We invite infants, children, teenagers and young adults to visit us for any cardiac care they may need. Children's Heart Specialists of Georgia is a Pediatric Cardiology practice providing highest quality of healthcare with compassion, care and attention to the entire family. The practice has three office locations to choose from in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas: Douglasville, Smyrna, Lithonia and Carrollton.

This can easily be achieved by keeping your phone on you and a pedometer app going. You'd be surprised how many steps you already take on your day-to-day.
