HRT is just so dangerous… is something I’d never say.

Hormone Replacement Therapy has incredible benefits when used appropriately. And a lot of the benefits I’d bet you’ve never even heard of! Don’t let trends or outdated advice decide what’s right for your body.

Talk to your provider, do the research, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
