Individual appointments: Minimum of 12 hours notice required. Cancellations 2-12 hours before scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the regular session price before discounts. Clients who do not show for an appointment or who cancel an appointment fewer than 2 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the entire amount of the session. Clients who cancel at the last minute or neglect to show up more than twice may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
