When: Monday, April 21st - July 14th, 2025
What: Fitness Challenge
How: Start on the 21st with a Body Composition Test
Make positive changes - Drink more water, Walk more steps, Exercise, Eat Clean
Take a repeat test the week of June 2nd
Continue to work on your healthy habits
Take a final Body Composition Test the week of July 14th
($75 to enter competition - entry fee covers the Body Composition Tests)
