I really appreciated his thorough inspection, work, feedback and professional communication. Great review from m Johnson... "When my home was damaged by a water backup, I didn't know what to do first. A friend put me in touch with W.I.T. and I can't thank him enough. The tech, Jonathan, was outstading. He was professional and went above and beyond to handle the situation to my complete satisfaction. He took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the process, worked around my schedule as much as possible, and cared for my home with as much care as I imagine he would have for his own.
