My yearlong contract with Bold Brave TV is coming to an end. I've got great content already available forever, but last week I began to go into the structures of the brain in easily understandable language. This week I will relate the brain systems to the 3 core brain systems Helen Fisher has identified for Mating and Reproduction.

I just got a FB Memory saying I did my first phone session while I was out of town 11 years ago. Now that it's "a thing", I guess that makes me an old pro.

But I much prefer seeing clients over Skype and have been doing that for a significant percentage of my clientele for years. If you are worried about coming in person, even if you live in the Atlanta area, think about seeing me over a screen safely.

This is what I mean when I say that traditional therapy has found by neuroscience not to work. This is a problem for all the people who have invested years and lots of money to get their licenses and be trained - even if their training has now been found to be insufficient.

But why? Because talking about your problems does not happen in the right area of the brain that can help to change them. In other words you can spend years and lots of money yourself to go weekly - and you will learn loads of insights about what's wrong with you.

But if you want to HEAL and CLEAR your issues, come see me and we will work in the area of the brain that I've been trained to work in - the Limbic System - and have been doing so for almost 40 years.

This is the time to do your own work. Deep work. Look inside at the stuff you haven't wanted to remember or think of ever again. It is holding you back and the whole Universe is conspiring to give you this time to look at that darkness within.

You'll come out on the other side so happy, you'll wonder why you waited so long. Here's a paragraph from someone else who is spreading the same message I am right now.

I'm telling everyone to find the Corona as your Shadow that is keeping you from your own Spiritual Authority. The Positive Shadow of that Dark Shadow is the line I'm using:

PUT ON YOUR CROWN!

Here is how she puts it:
