We recently learned that Agape Medicine, where Dr. Angela Clifton and Matthew Fallin, PA, have faithfully cared for so many in our community, will be closing their doors soon. Today marks one year since I became a Nurse Practitioner at UDFMC-Snead !
I can honestly say this has been one of the most fulfilling years of my life. I love what I do, and I truly love my patients.

As we age, it becomes increasingly important to prioritize our health and wellness. One way to do this is by scheduling an Annual Wellness Visit with your provider at UDFMC-Snead. An AWV is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider that focuses on preventive care and helps you avoid health concerns. AWV’s are particularly important if you are 65 or older, as it can help your care team identify potential health issues before they become serious. AWVs are covered by Medicare, Humana and Medicare Advantage plans without a copay.
