The big pharmacy benefit managers (PBM’s) have been trying diligently for several years to put all independent pharmacies out of business through unfair reimbursements and other crooked maneuvers. There is finally some legislation in Georgia to even it all out and stop all of this unfair and criminal practice. HB810 is desperately needed for all independent pharmacies. Please take the time to help us out. Not just our store but independent pharmacies all over GA. Don’t know your legislator. Find out below. Email/call/text. Ask them to vote yes Vote YES on HB810. Georgia General Assembly, is one of the largest state legislatures in the nation. The General Assembly consists of two chambers, the House of Representatives and the Senate.

HB810 update: we had to regroup a little today so it didn’t make it for a house vote. I appreciate everyone at the Capitol for supporting us. I’ll keep you all informed as things progress! Thanks for everyone who is contacting legislators for their help! Please keep it up.

Georgia HB810 (will require PBM’s to reimburse all Georgia pharmacies NADAC plus a dispense fee equal to Medicaid on commercial claims) will go to the house floor on Tuesday. Every pharmacist in Georgia needs to text/call/email their House Representative to urge them to vote yes. If you love your pharmacy, no matter which one you use, this will help them. If you have specific questions, let me know and I’ll answer them.
