March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, and we're shining a spotlight on a condition that affects approximately 1 in 10 women during their reproductive years. Endometriosis, where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, can cause severe, chronic pain that is often dismissed as just "bad periods".
If you are experiencing symptoms or have concerns about your health, please don't suffer in silence. 📞 Call us at 470-545-5551or visit https://loom.ly/5DPq9pc to schedule a consultation.

🎉 February is International Prenatal Infection Prevention Month! 🎉
Your baby's health begins with you. Maternal infections can pose serious health risks, including preterm birth and developmental issues, but the good news is that most are preventable.
Here are five simple, crucial tips to protect yourself and your little one during pregnancy:
✅Wash those hands! - Frequent handwashing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is your primary defense against germs.
✅Get vaccinated! - The flu shot and Tdap (whooping cough) vaccines are safe, recommended, and provide vital protection for both you and your baby.
✅ Eat smart - Avoid unpasteurized dairy, raw or undercooked meat and seafood, and thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables.
✅Skip the litter box - Changing cat litter can expose you to toxoplasmosis; it's best to let someone else handle this chore during pregnancy.
✅ Visit your doctor regularly - Consistent prenatal care and screening, including for sexually transmitted infections, are key for early detection and treatment.

It's National Cancer Prevention Month! While we can't prevent every case of cancer, we can take significant steps to lower the risk and ensure early detection, which makes a critical difference.
Here are key preventive measures:
🌺Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle: A balanced diet and regular physical activity can help reduce your risk.
🌹Get Screened Regularly: Annual exams, Pap smears, and mammograms catch issues early when they are most treatable.
🌼Get Vaccinated: The HPV vaccine can prevent more than 90% of HPV cancers, including most cervical cancers.
🌻Avoid Smoking: Quitting to***co use is a powerful way to reduce cancer risk.
