Back to full healthy mode and back to our regular scheduling this week!

Yesterday was ROUGH. This week was a busy one with work and I had a gig with a lot of hauling around my table. Even though I have worked out every day since I've had this machine in my house, my neck went out yesterday after my first client in the morning.

The reason why I recommend what I do to my humans is simply because it's the story of how I have gotten my own body back to life over and over. It's always been a goal to be able to have videos for my clients.

I don't look cool and my body is still in pain so posting a video of just me isn't a joyride. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

However, it is a joy. Less than 24 hours and I would say I reached a 90% improvement.

Videos of me on a yoga swing or me working out or me in the banya is the last thing that I want on the Internet.😂 I have tried to figure out doing AI cartoons for different videos, but I haven't figured that out yet and sometimes what seems to be the perfect disaster ends up being exactly what we need. Reach out if you have questions or if you need links. 🥰

I am so grateful. Will be ready and continue training for a weekend full of massages for some amazing women meditating in the mountains this weekend.🤩🤩

Why do I teach people how to use these tools?

Because I use them. They work. They absolutely put me back to work and back to life...and they certainly did today...after 2 hours of cupping, scraping, stretching, traction and icing.

Healing can be a choice.
