Community sauna is back! August 2-3rd we return to our favorite spot on the river
Here’s a suggestion for a perfect day:
1. Take a hike at one of the many trails nearby (DM if you want a suggestion)
2. Arrive for your session and hop into the river to cool down and reduce inflammation.
3. Get into our woodfired sauna to warm back up and increase circulation and flush out lactic acid.
Repeat several times and relax!
