IT CAN BE DONE
If you want to change your body (and your energy), here are the non-negotiables:
1. Walking 8-10k steps daily with intervals—don’t waste your own time. No exceptions, bonus points if it’s outside
2. Not eating after 6pm
3. Prioritize good sleep
4. Focus on consuming 1g/1 lb of goal body weight of high quality protein
5. Lift heavy weights 3x/week
6. Eating enough at meals so that you can say no to snacks
Do these and you will be amazed at how much energy you have during the day, how much of a bada** you feel like, what a more patient and fun parent you are, and you’ll feel like your best and gorgeous self in that swim suit or cute shorts.
