Join this week’s meditation Circle: Practicing Peace; Shalom- rest, health, prosperity, peace. Transitioning from the opening week of Advent into the second we will meditate upon this declaration of Shalom coming into the world, how do we engage it for our own life and for our world? Soaking in this space to see, sense and feel that we might know and become. There is always room for you in the circle. Clearing and protecting our hearts. Let’s have peace and joy, this season. Triggers; the echoes of past trauma and disappointment, can be disentangled from the heart and replaced with the strength that comes with enlightenment. In this light we can make clear decisions as to what is best for us in this season without fear or condemnation. We can remain in peace even if others are in turmoil. We can take a step back and let the triggers just float on down the river without getting hooked. It is possible. Some have said that in one session they received more real breakthrough than they’ve received with years of therapy. Experience Emotional Release ER- begin the journey into a whole and joyful heart.
