Many have asked when we will have another sound bath. Staci came to us a couple of months ago to share her heart and passion for sound baths. Our visions and spirits beautifully align with one another and so... we are please to present this months Meditation Circle Sound Bath. You were formed in your mother's womb bathed in soundwaves washing over you. Music has lulled us into rest and caused our hearts and spirits to respond. Sound baths are soft, subtle innate vibrations that move deep into the body at a cellular level encouraging the healing state of rest and digest. It often reaches past the physical. We invite you into this beautiful place to see, sense and hear to receive emotional and spiritual healing. Be recalibrated, refreshed and awakened in these healthy vibrations encouraging the body to heal and repair. Singing bowls are resonant to healthy organs and cells; they encourage lymphatic flow and deep relaxation. Something came in and so abruptly changed tracks that you are still months later trying to find your stability. When crisis, tragedy or diagnosis interrupts your path it is easy to lose your song. Hold onto hope. As you engage faith filled thoughts and inspirations of tomorrow new neural pathways begin to form.

Come into the forest with us as Amethyst and I intermingle the passions of our heart and soul. Tea Talks and Meditation Circle are coming together for a meaningful walk in the trails at Lord Hill park. We have had this very experience in our hearts since we started collaborating this Joy Centers dream over 7 years ago and now we’re finally doing it. A fusion of forest bathing, meditation, and plant identification while intentionally building community. We invite you into the forest with a quiet mind, engaging all of our senses opening awareness and gratitude in a guided meditation to hear, sense and see from a place of solitude and contemplation. On our way out of the forest Amethyst will open our eyes and minds through plant identification; introducing the forest’s edibles and medicinals. There will be time at the end of each segment to share our experiences. I can’t think of a better way to start a Saturday in June!
