Foundations is a welcoming 4-part series designed especially for those who have been curious about exercise but unsure where to begin. In a supportive, no-pressure environment, you’ll be gently introduced to four of Pineapple Life’s most loved modalities: yoga, barre, pilates, and aerial yoga.
Each session is paced for true beginners, with expert instructors guiding you every step of the way. You’ll build confidence, discover what feels good in your body, and realize that fitness can be joyful, approachable, and even fun.

Come as you are, leave empowered—and start building a foundation for a healthier, happier you.

Holiday Sky High Aerial Party

It’s the most wonderful time to fly! 🎁
Join us for a festive Holiday Sky High Aerial Party, where the Salt Studio transforms into a winter wonderland of lights, laughter, and aerial adventure.

Kids will flip, float, and soar through playful aerial yoga sequences set to favorite holiday tunes — from cheerful classics to modern festive hits. We’ll add a sprinkle of mindfulness, reminding little flyers about the magic of kindness, gratitude, and giving.

After all the fun in the air, we’ll close with a cozy, twinkle-lit hammock relaxation — the perfect way to wrap up a season of joy and connection. 🌟
