ANNOUNCEMENT:

Beginning 7/1/2020 Dr. Strahl will no longer be considered “in-network” with Delta Dental insurance.

As many of you already know, our talented associate Dr. Mariner is and will remain “in-network” with Delta Dental.

What this means for delta policy holders:

If you have Delta Dental and prefer to see Dr. Strahl, this is certainly still an option but you will have higher out of pocket costs.

Cost and coverage for your dental cleanings will not be affected by this change.

Even if you are out of network, we will continue to submit your claims to your insurance company for you.

We are very excited to announce that beginning Monday, May 18th our office will re-open! For at least the first week of our re-open, we have chosen to postpone dental cleaninsg.

For your safety and ours, we have added additional measures to our infection control and safety protocol. This will include more in depth screenings, additional personal protective equipment, and with more frequent office sanitation throughout the day.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS SHOULD EXPECT AT THEIR APPOINTMENTS

Pre-Appointment

1. You will receive a text message prior to your appointment with a link requesting you complete registration forms.

a. You will be asked for your date of birth and then sent another text message with a pin to enter in order to move forward. (this process insures your identity and allows for you to e-sign the forms)

b. There will be 11 yes or no questions relating to COVID-19 exposure and sypmtoms

c. Now more than ever it’s important to be paperless so we ask that if you have a smartphone you take the time to complete the registration.

d. If you do not have a smartphone please text or call our office and we can make other arrangements

Appointment Arrival

1. We ask that all patients wait in their cars until we call or text them to come in.

2. Leave as many of your belongings in your car as possible and wear a mask inside

3. We will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer in our entry way

4. Please use the hand sanitizer when you walk in and keep your mask on until you are seated in the dental chair

We are confident that, with our knowledge and experience, we will be able to provide you the high level of care that you have come to expect! We are very excited to welcome everyone back!

OFFICE CLOSING:

We're doing our part to reduce risks during this catastrophic health emergency.

Our office will be closed to all patients beginning today with hopes to resume partial operations on Monday, March 30th. This date is subject to change but we will continue to keep you updated via social media and our office voice mail.

If we cannot resume operations on the 30th and you have an appointment scheduled for that week we will be contacting you on 3/26-3/27 to get you rescheduled.

If you are a patient of record and experience a true dental emergency (significant pain and/or swelling) call our office phone number, press 1 and leave a message.
