March is Endometriosis Awareness Month and we are here to tell everyone that Endometriosis is not “just a bad period”. It is a chronic, painful condition that can be under diagnosed in 60% of the population and affects up to 190 million people worldwide. Symptoms are often described as the following:

✔Menstrual pain which can be severe or debilitating
✔Pain with in*******se
✔Urinary frequency/urgency
✔Bowel changes (constipation)
✔Abdominal fullness/bloating
✔Infertility

If any of these symptoms are happening to you, or you think you might have endometriosis-consider scheduling a consult with our office to evaluate your concerns and get some answers.

While this was previously recorded, Dr. Griffin had the pleasure of speaking about endometriosis on the podcast, Red Wine and Blue (Living and Thriving with Endometriosis). We hope by sharing it, we will be able to reach new people as the information is so important to everyone living with this condition.
