September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. This is a difficult topic for many, but one that must be talked about openly for real change and prevention to occur.

Suicidal ideation occurs on a spectrum from passive to active. We want to take this month as an opportunity to bring awareness to the signs and interventions for suicidal ideation. Today we are talking about the difference between passive and active thoughts. Keep checking in this month for more education on su***de awareness and prevention!
