After a very busy year and a whole lot of growth, we’re tightening up our boarding policies to make sure we can continue offering safe, reliable, and high-quality care for the dogs who come through our doors.
These updates only apply to NEW clients.
Our long-time families (you amazing people!) will continue receiving the same flexibility and loyalty perks you've always had. ❤️

🐶 NEW CLIENT BOARDING RATES & POLICIES
✨ Boarding Rates
$35/day for the first 7 days
$25/day for each additional day
Additional dogs in the same kennel: $15/day each
✨ Required for All New Clients
To ensure safe, smooth boarding:
Updated shot records (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella)
Pre-boarding temperament questionnaire
Proof food is labeled, packaged, and portioned correctly
Emergency contact who can pick up if needed

🐾 Add-On Services (New Clients)
These help us maintain proper hygiene, safety, and individualized care.
Extra potty walk: $5 per walk
Quality-of-Life or basic meds: $2/day
Raw feeding (pre-portioned): $2/day
Raw feeding (thaw/prep/toppers): $3–$5/day
Holiday surcharge: +$10/day
Exit bath: $40–$100 (based on size/coat)
Nail trim: $15–$40 (temperament dependent)
Sanitary or QOL grooms: priced on arrival

☀️ Daycare Availability
We do offer daycare—just not on Mondays, Thursdays, or Sundays.
All other days depend on space and temperament.

⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up Windows
To keep routines safe and stress-free:
Morning: 8:00–10:00 AM
Evening: 4:00–6:00 PM
After-hours pickups are not available for new clients.

🐾 A Note to Our Existing Clients
You all know us — and we love you.
Your loyalty and your dogs’ familiarity with our routine means most of these new fees and rules do NOT apply to you.
You’re the heart of this little business, and these updates help us protect the quality of care you trust us with. ❤️
