This December I am back to teaching regular yoga classes. Find me at Into The Woods Wellness (ITWW) in Fond du Lac.

My first class back at ITWW is an intro to all things Myofascial Release (MFR) on Dec. 18th. I'll be teaching weekly Slow Roll on Sundays and Wake Up Yoga on Tuesday mornings. Check out all of the details about my yoga offerings on my website.
