I just got back from Peru, for the second time this year. In March, l led a Spiritual Retreat to Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu taking with me an amazing group of women from Myrtle Beach, California and United Kingdom. In June, I took my kids to experience my culture, my life growing up there and of course to visit family, learning Spanish and see and hike the spectacular Machu Picchu. What a blessing!

Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Shamanic Trance Dance Guide and Guardian.

My name is Erika Guerra-Todd. I am a Yoga and Meditation Teacher as well as Shamanic Trance Dance Guide and Guardian.

I encountered my yogi path as a result of an illness that took me to experience the down in life. After practicing yoga and meditation for a month I realized that my mind was clearing, my heart was healing and my body, while still sick, was slowly changing. I knew then that I was in the right path.

I traveled to California to learn from Dr. Deepak Chopra about the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success and how to apply these laws in my daily life. I also learned about the ancient healing science of Ayurveda. After these exciting and transformative experiences, I decided to go back to take my first Yoga Teaching Training in “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga”.
