Tommy Ray Teuscher was born June 2, 1938, to Raymond and Willetta. Tommy was raised in Cokeville, Wyoming and Geneva, Idaho. He served in the U.S. Navy aboard USS York Town, 1955-1959. He also served in Vietnam for 13 months. He worked for MK and FMC in the mining industry.
