With gratitude I am excited to share with you all that I have officially received my Doctor of Botanical Medicine (PhD) and Doctor of Holistic Medicine (PhD) from the Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine.

This journey has been years in the making—filled with study, practice, herbal medicine-making, energy work, and a deepening relationship with the plants that continue to teach and guide me. 🌱💫

🌿 Reiki I & II Certification Weekend – November 22–23, 2025 🌿

I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be teaching a Reiki I & II Combined Certification this November!
Join me for a powerful weekend of deep healing, alignment, and connection as you learn to channel Universal Life Force Energy through the Usui Tibetan Reiki lineage.

✨ What You’ll Experience:
🌀 Reiki I – Foundations, grounding, self-healing, energy awareness, and your first attunement.
🌀 Reiki II – The sacred symbols, distance healing, intuitive practice, and how to conduct full sessions.
🕊️ Receive both Reiki I & II attunements, a printed manual, guided practice, and a Certificate of Completion.

📅 Dates: Saturday & Sunday, November 22–23, 2025
📍 Location: NaVi Holistic Healing, Soddy Daisy, TN

✨ Exciting News from NaVi Holistic Healing ✨
Coming this October, I’ll be offering Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki Master certification classes!

Whether you're just beginning your energy healing journey or ready to step into your mastery, these courses are designed to support deep transformation, self-discovery, and the confidence to share your gifts.

🌀 Reiki I – Learn the foundations, the history of Reiki, grounding practices, thoughts and intention, legal and ethical guidance, hands-on healing techniques.
🌀 Reiki II – Expand with sacred symbols, understanding chakras and auras, how to conduct a Reiki session, deepen your intuitive practice, and receive your first attunement.
🌀 Reiki Master – A sacred initiation into advanced Reiki, personal mastery, and how to teach and attune others. Advanced techniques, learn how to pass attunements for all three degrees and start your own Reiki practice.

🌿 I was trained in Usui Tibetan Reiki by a Reiki Master who is also a practicing shaman and was adopted by an Inca tribe. His unique background deeply influenced the way I was taught, and the way I will be teaching: with reverence, balance, and intention, rooted in wisdom and connection.

✨ I am in the process of becoming an NCBTMB Approved Provider, which would allow these classes to count toward continuing education requirements for licensed professionals. Stay tuned for updates on CE hour eligibility.

Spring is springing and it is Purple dead nettle season. The first flowers along with the dandelions and violets. Purple dead nettle tincture or tea is known for helping with seasonal Spring allergies . It is an antihistamine and anti-inflammatory and helps reduce swelling in lungs. A typical dosage of purple dead nettle to help treat seasonal allergies is 1-2 ml three times a day. Add in local honey for a even bigger boost.
