At Sodus Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, strong leadership shapes the culture of care—and we are incredibly proud to recognize our Administrator, Shaina Olton.

Over the past three years, Shaina has led Sodus with vision, determination, and heart. Through her leadership, she has transformed both our team and our building, helping cultivate a culture of accountability, compassion, and growth. Her dedication to excellence has strengthened our staff, elevated the quality of care for our residents, and brought a renewed sense of pride to our facility.

Shaina leads with passion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right for residents and staff alike. She consistently goes above and beyond—supporting team members, advocating for residents, and guiding the facility forward with purpose and positivity.

Her ability to inspire others, build strong teams, and lead through both challenges and successes makes her an exceptional administrator and an invaluable leader to our community.
