Easy Lemon Garlic Shrimp with Zucchini noodles. Here is a quick recipe for healthy dinner. First , spiralize some zucchini to create zucchini noodles. Set aside. In a saucepan, heat up some grass fed butter and minced garlic until it’s fragrant, and add zucchini noodles in the saucepan. Cook at medium heat. While your zucchini noodles are cooking, peel and de-vein some jumbo raw shrimp, pat dry and season with cracked pepper, a pinch of salt. Get a cast iron skillet hot and sear shrimp with grass fed butter and minced garlic over medium high heat (two minutes on each side). When done cooking , add fresh lemon juice to the shrimp and serve on top of your cooked zucchini noodles.
