Scend Fitness, located in Solana Beach, California, is a community-centered fitness center that's focused on bringing out the best in our members with our supportive fitness programs and classes. Some of the programs that we offer include personal training, small group training sessions, nutrition coaching, and fitness rehabilitation. Depending on your preferences, our clean, open facility is the perfect place to get a private workout in or exercise with like-minded fitness friends.
