This young man was born without the lateral incisors- the 2 side teeth 🦷 to the right and left of the 2 very front teeth.
•
In his mid 20’s he was wearing a plastic clear retainer over his natural teeth with white wax in the space of the 2 missing teeth. 😳😱😳
•
- He had very low self confidence
- Was not able to eat on dates as he would have needed to remove the retainer to chew and would have needed to expose his missing teeth
- Kissing 😘 or anything closer would have been beyond terrifying 😨😧😨
- He was not sharing and speaking up in professional engagements

- The missing teeth were his dark secret.
- He suffered in silence and isolation.
- He had courage to reach out and we found a way for him to restore his smile that worked w his time lines( he was going to visit his girlfriend whom he met on IG and who lived in a different state ❤️) , his goals and desires as well as finances. ✅✅✅

How often do we discard and discredit signs that a CHANGE is required? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Life like BEAUTIFUL results! ❤️

Linda had just completed her veneers when she came into our practice. They were thankfully cemented with temporary cement so it was not as traumatic to her and her teeth to remove them. Thank God! 🙏🏻

She felt like the teeth did not feel like her, they were too dark and she did not like the shapes. Upper photo. 😱

This step is mouth preparation- minimal removal of tooth structure to make room for the restorative materials, adjusting gum levels for balance and ideal contours at the gum level, structural reinforcement with implants, treating the damaged nerves of the teeth with root canal treatments , or treating gum disease. 🦠
