Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna is seeking a meticulous Insurance Pre-Certification Specialist to support our Central Billing Office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring patients’ insurance coverage is verified and procedures are pre-certified accurately before the date of service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Confirm patient eligibility and benefits with insurance providers

Pre-certify procedures to ensure smooth patient care and billing

Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle and Patient Financial Services teams

Maintain accurate records to support efficient operations

Position Details:

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Starting Pay: $21.50–$24.57/hr, DOE

High School Diploma or GED required

2 years of experience in a medical office (registration, billing, or insurance verification) or 6 months Revenue Cycle Specialist experience at CPH

Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna is seeking a detail-oriented **Revenue Cycle Specialist** to join our Central Billing Office team. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of our billing and financial processes while supporting both Patient Financial Services and the Central Billing Office.

In this role, you’ll assist with insurance precertifications, charge entry, and medical billing, while helping to maintain efficiency and accuracy across our revenue cycle operations. Cross-training and special projects provide opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to department success.

**Position Details:**
• Full Time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.)
• Pay Range: $20.47–$23.40 per hour, DOE
• High School Diploma or GED required
