It’s the most wonderful time of the year! We’re adjusting our hours for the holidays so our team can spend time with their families and friends. Here are our holiday hours:

Christmas Eve: CLOSED

Christmas Day: CLOSED

New Year's Eve: NORMAL HOURS 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Simple options include stretching, going up and down the stairs, light body-weight exercises, or keeping a pair of dumbbells nearby for quick strength work. Even daily tasks like cleaning, organizing, or taking a loop around the house can help you stay loose and energized.
