Post chemo skin update. And all is well!

It is not great having to do topical chemo treatment for skin cancer. First of all, it’s embarrassing to expose my damaged skin/face. Being a skincare pro makes it harder. Because you are right, I do know better. And even though I do now take excellent care of my skin, I’ll forever be working at fixing the damage that was already done.

Do you. Live your best life, have those huge adventures. But do this please. Use sunscreen with a high SPF. 🌞 Reapply it every 2 hours, more often if you are active. Wear a big ass hat. 🧢 Stay in the shade between 10-2. Wear coverups. Wear sunnies.😎
