ROBERT MCRORIE
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
With a lifelong desire to help people achieve optimal health, Rob began his medical career after he completed his time in the US Marines. Rob participated in both Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom traveling to places like Africa and Iraq, just to name a few. His time in these countries led him to want to help other people, so he set his sights on medicine. Rob attended University of Alaska and University of Washington graduating from the #1 Ranked Family Practice program for Physician Assistants in the nation. For the past 15 years Rob has had many jobs in healthcare including Critical Care Paramedic. He later went on to work as an urgent care and full-spectrum family practice medical provider, focused on "whole life" care. Routine check-ups, chronic disease care, minor injuries, acute illness or trauma, Rob brings personalized care and genuine concern for the well-being of his patients to the forefront of his practice. Simply, Rob treats his patients just as he would his own family with special attention on going the extra mile.

Mental Health Fact/Myth:
Children don't experience mental health problems.

Fact: Even very young children may show early warning signs of mental health concerns. These mental health problems are often clinically diagnosable, and can be a product of the interaction of biological, psychological, and social factors.

Half of all mental health disorders show first signs before a person turns 14 years old, and three quarters of mental health disorders begin before age 24.

Unfortunately, less than 20% of children and adolescents with diagnosable mental health problems receive the treatment they need. Early mental health support can help a child before problems interfere with other developmental needs.
