Richard Russell CrossFit Veteran owned CrossFit Gym in the South Monterey County. Located in the heart of Paraiso Vineyards We are located on Parasio Vineyards in Soledad, CA.

We offer programs for younger athletes looking to excel in sports to programs designed for military, law enforcement, and first responders. We will also be offering CrossFit classes, intro to Crossfit classes, personal training sessions, and yoga sessions.
