Purchasing Agent - Tammy Height N.A. / C.M.T. A staff of 40 dedicated employees who have been with the facility for many years. As the director, I have been with The Hermitage for over 25 years. Many of my staff have been here longer than I have been here. I am very proud of this. You will get to know the staff on a first name basis and our residents know them all personally. This gives our residents a sense of "Home".
