Meet Vaneshia Stennis, our Memory Care Superstar!

Veneshia, pictured on the right, is always willing to do whatever needs to be done in our Memory Care community. Her smiles brighten up every room she steps in. Her residents know her when they see her and their faces light up everytime. She cares for them like they are her own family members. She is always engaging and leading events! She chooses Arrow Senior Living because she wants to be a part of a great team. You will find her holding someone's hand, or striking up a conversation with everyone. She has a heart of compassion and it shows.

Meet Ann Mills, our New Memory Care Director!

Ann is a beautiful person inside and out. She is a wife, a mother and even a grandmother.
From her first day, there was a very noticeable passion with her. She truly has a heart for what she does, and it shows. She goes above and beyond for her residents and always brings them to interact with the other neighborhoods. She chooses Arrow because of its values and wants to be able to make a difference in the resident's lives. Anne watched one of her closest family members go thru the loss of memory and she helped take care of them. She realized then that there was no other place to be but caring for memory care residents. Her compassion and dedication show up every time she does. Heaven must be missing an Angel because she is right her with us.
