Shared a restorative yoga & sound bath experience at Glass Asylum 2 and… wow, this breathtaking space had me at hello 😍✨
The vibe, the art, the lighting, the acoustics — everything was 🤌🏼.

This private event was a celebration of friendship, gratitude, sisterhood, and a beautiful birthday for a truly special soul. The energy in the room was so kind, open, and grounding.

Today we gathered for Seed Yoga‘s Caregiver Retreat — a beautiful, heartfelt space created for parents of children with special needs. Together, we moved, breathed, and found connection in shared experience and gentle support.

I was honored to guide a restorative yoga and sound bath session alongside that offered time and space to process the weight these caregiving roles so often carry. This work is sacred, and I’m deeply grateful to be part of it.

I look forward to continuing these efforts — supporting caregivers in finding moments to tend to themselves and offering resources for ongoing care, so rest and connection aren’t rare luxuries but a regular part of life.

Grateful for a beautiful morning with our amazing community partner, Preschool—sharing yoga and mindfulness with over 80 little ones across multiple classrooms! From breath and movement to mindful moments and calming sounds, these kiddos explored tools to help them navigate emotions, energy, and everyday ups and downs.
