Everything we do, driving in a car, sitting at a desk, looking at children at school, talking to people, looking at a computer, and looking down at our phone... Make our necks go forward too much which can cause headaches and shoulder pain. Strengthening muscles as well as regular massage gets your body back to where it needs to be.
