The CDC reports over 4.6 million illnesses, 49,000 hospitalizations, and 1,900 flu deaths this season.

💉 If you’ve received this year’s flu vaccine, you’re 50% less likely to become severely ill or hospitalized. It’s not too late to get your shot—protection kicks in within 10-14 days!

🧪 I recommend having home tests for influenza on hand. They can test for both COVID and flu. Check them out at link in my bio!
